How to add the ringtone to your iPhone

Connect your iPhone

Open Finder or iTunes
Use Finder on macOS Catalina+ or iTunes on Windows, and select your iPhone.

Drop the downloaded .m4r onto your device. It syncs to your tones.

On the iPhone: Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Ringtone, and pick your new tone.
